I’m Tim Ariyeh, an AI architect focused on the boundary between language models and production systems: the data, tools, permissions, and infrastructure required to make AI useful outside a demo.

I’ve worked as a Technical Lead and as an architect at a cloud provider. Today I build Listlis and Reducer, and work on systems that connect LLMs to real production data and workflows.

This site is where I write about what survives contact with production—agent architecture, developer tooling, system design, and the gap between an impressive demonstration and something you can actually depend on.
